About Julia Key

Jules is a South Jersey native, graduating from Lower Cape May regional High School. She received her real estate license in 2004 and quickly went to work as a Listing and Transaction Coordinator for four of the top real estate professionals in Ocean City. She left the business for a short time in 2010 to focus on her three children and pursue her degree in nursing from Rowan University and was recruited to manage a real estate office in Avalon in 2013. She was then asked to rejoin Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in 2015 and became a member of The Sheppard Team in 2016.

 

Julia is an expert of managing the transaction process on behalf of buyers and sellers. She coordinates and maintains communication between all parties involved including but not limited to title companies, insurance companies, lenders, contractors, inspectors and cooperating agents. She keeps our clients informed and on track each step of the way and has spent her career fine-tuning the details to ease the stress of the real estate transaction and to ensure a smooth and successful settlement.
