About Julia Key

Affectionately known as Jules, Julia Key is a South Jersey native with deep local roots and over two decades of experience in the real estate industry. She earned her license in 2004 and quickly became a trusted Listing and Transaction Coordinator for several of Ocean City’s top-producing agents. From the beginning, her focus has been on creating smooth, stress-free experiences for clients navigating the buying and selling process.

In 2010, Jules briefly stepped away to focus on raising her three children before returning to real estate in 2013 to manage a high-performing office in Avalon. She rejoined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in 2015 and became an integral member of The Anchor Group in 2016.

As our Transaction Manager, Jules is the calm and capable point person who guides each transaction from contract to close. She coordinates every detail—working closely with title companies, lenders, inspectors, contractors, and cooperating agents—to keep all parties informed and aligned. Her commitment to clear communication and precision ensures a smooth path to settlement and peace of mind for our clients.
