Tom has over 25 years of personal business experience with extensive expertise in site selection, market analysis, and site development. His wide range of experience enables him to play an active role in site selection, acquisition negotiations, construction, and economic analysis.
Tom's background is in business management after several years of owning and operating several small businesses, such as gas stations, car washes, automotive repair shops, and convenience stores. This is what eventually led to the launch of his career in the commercial real estate industry and his real estate development company, as he has redeveloped multiple commercial properties. Recent projects include the redevelopment of Gas Station / Convenience Stores, Banks, Drug Stores, and family Apartments with several others currently under contract.
Past projects include working with Sunoco, Exxon Mobil, Wawa, BP Amoco, Walgreens, CVS Drugstores, Rite Aid, Eagle National Bank, and WSFS Bank just to name a few. His unique insight into the financial challenges, environmental issues, and zoning codes set him apart from other Brokers in the industry.
