About Brian Logue

Brian Logue is a second-generation Real Estate Agent and managing partner of The Anchor Group, a top-tier real estate team based in Ocean City, NJ, serving the South Jersey Shore market. A Philadelphia-area native from Havertown, Brian graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Marketing, bringing experience from the corporate world and nearly a decade as a yacht broker in Cape May. Over the course of his real estate career, he has been involved in more than half a billion dollars in transactions, offering clients deep expertise and proven success.

 

Since 2014, Brian has been with Berkshire Hathaway Fox and Roach, blending corporate insight and luxury client service to deliver standout real estate experiences. As a certified Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and member of Ocean City’s Zoning Board of Adjustment, he’s exceptionally knowledgeable about local property regulations, including flood zones. Brian is also a USCG Licensed Captain, past Commodore of the Ocean City Marlin and Tuna Club, and a member of the Ocean City Yacht Club, making him deeply familiar with the waters around Ocean City.

 

Brian has called Ocean City home since 2005, living full-time on the island with his wife, Sonya, their daughter, Maren, and their two Boston Terriers, Chief and Seamus. When he’s not helping clients navigate the shore’s real estate market, he’s likely out on the water or supporting the local community.
